Do you offer discounts?

At the moment, we only offer bulk discounts of 10% for 10 or more columns. 
Please e-mail us about bulk discounts for other companies.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order quantities on Ladybsicentific.com

Shipping Policy

How fast does my order ship?

All orders that are received are shipped on the same day unless the item(s) is not in stock. If an item is not in stock and e-mail notification will we sent advising of the delivery date.

What methods of shipping are available?

We use FedEx Ground for domestic and FedEx Express for international shipping.

Can I use my collect account for shipping?

Yes you can use your collect account number for shipping at no additional charge.

Are there any fees for drop shipping?

There are absolutely no drop shipping fees.

What is your order cut-off time for expedited shipping?

Our order cut-off time is 3PM, Eastern Standard Time. Any orders placed after the cut-off will be considered as placed during the following business day.

Return Policy

Does Ladybug Scientific accept returns?

Our number one goal is to make it as easy as possible for our customers to select and purchase our products.  We understand that sometimes mistakes happen, we're all human after all.  When these instances come up, you can rest assured that we will accept back returns for the following:

  • Items ordered in error

  • Items that did not satisfy our customers needs

  • Unopened items that customers changed their mind about

  • Any manufacturers’ defect

Please note that we cannot accept used products back into inventory. Items must be unused to be approved for returns, refunds or swaps.

We do not do any of the following:

  • Pointless restocking fees

  • Make you pay for shipping on our mistakes

Returns on Custom Made Products

There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom made products.  These products are custom made to fit your specifications and cannot be sold to any other customer. 

All sales are final on any custom made Ladybug Scientific products.

Refund Policy

We offer full refunds for the following:

  • Items ordered in error

  • Damaged items

  • Manufacturers defect

The time limit on this is 30 days after receipt of merchandise.
